Partners in Peril Program
Initial Assessment & Analysis Services

By this program, the Tufts Law Firm looks to come to the specific aid of those partners, members, or shareholders in the closely-held setting who find themselves unclear or unsure of their duties and obligations appearing in their partnership agreement, operating agreement, or shareholders agreement.

Attorney Scott Tufts has over a decade of practical experience in dealing with complex and simple partnership or other business structures. Mr. Tufts believes that there are far too many partners (shareholders or members) who find themselves in highly complex partnership (or other closely-held) arrangements but without any sufficient understanding of what is set forth in the governing document.

Mr. Tufts developed this program as a means by which these partners (shareholders or members) can have an initial assessment made of their partnership agreement (shareholders agreement or operating agreement) to determine if additional testing or analysis is needed of their arrangements. A flat rate is charged to review the details of your particular arrangement and then provide you with an initial assessment. At that point, a determination will be made as to whether additional testing or analysis is recommended.

If you are interested in learning more about this program, or want to have an initial assessment made of your particular agreement, please contact us.
